What will this Summer market look like?

This Summer will be an interested time for the real estate market. With recent rate increases and prices remaining relatively stable it will be interesting to see how home sale statistics play out. Summer is usually when we see the most movement in terms of sales. Do you think prices will begin to lessen due to current rates or do you think the Summer moving trend will keep prices stagnant?

I think prices will begin to give slightly but nothing rather significant. The Summer moving trend will keep prices from lowering an abnormal amount. I'm sure it'll vary from market to market.
